The Open-source
PlayStation 3 Emulator
RPCS3 is a multi-platform open-source Sony PlayStation 3 emulator and debugger written in C++ for Windows, Linux, macOS and FreeBSD.
In this showcase we demonstrate RPCS3 running on ARM64 architecture and Apple Silicon. While not all games are fully compatible yet, we would like to highlight the progress made in bringing PlayStation 3 emulation to these platforms.
RPCS3 running on Raspberry Pi 5
In this showcase we demonstrate RPCS3 running on Raspberry Pi 5. While performance is still being optimized, we highlight the impressive technical achievement of pushing our emulator to run on such compact hardware.
Two Years of Emulation Improvements
In this showcase we go over notable changes in RPCS3 over the last two years. While we can't cover everything in a single video, there have been several new features such as savestates, performance improvements and myriad of games becoming playable.

Contributing Code.
We're always open to allowing contributors to add to the codebase. Emulators are a complex pieces of software and as such, have many sub-components that require special attention and organization. With your help, you can contribute in taking RPCS3 to the next level.
Our developers are pushing the very boundaries of PlayStation 3 emulation. Our rapid progression would not be possible without our contributors and Patrons. Our patrons not only keep us motivated, but keep our lead developers working on the project full time.
